Terms and Conditions for MainBrows– Semi-Permanent Makeup Services

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of semi-permanent makeup services offered by MainBrows, located at 1201 Keosauqua Way, Suite 103, Des Moines, IA, 50309 (hereinafter referred to as "the Artist" or "we"). By booking a service, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24-48 hours prior to the appointment.Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the deposit and MainBrows does not offer refunds on deposits.

4. Service Description

The Artist provides semi-permanent makeup services as described on the www.themainbrows.com and during the consultation artist gives a pre-drawn brow ad gives information about procedure.

5. Client Consent and Medical Considerations

Clients must disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may affect the treatment. A patch test may be performed to ensure no allergic reactions to the pigments or materials used. MainBrows does not offer refunds due to the cost of supplies, the time spent on labor, and the nature of the service, which cannot be returned.

6. Restrictions

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive semi-permanent makeup services. Not pregnant or breastfeeding.

7. Aftercare

Clients must follow the aftercare instructions provided by the Artist to ensure the best results and minimize the risk of complications.

8. Results and Touch-ups

Results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.Touch-up sessions, if required, are typically scheduled 4-6 weeks after the initial appointment.

9. Liability

The Artist is not liable for any unforeseen results or complications that may arise post-treatment, MainBrows does not offer refunds due to the cost of supplies, the time spent on labor, and the nature of the service, which cannot be returned.

10. Privacy and Data Usage

By claiming a voucher and entering lead form information, you consent to MainBrows contacting you via email, calls, and texts.To cease receiving communications, please contact us at Contact@themainbrows.com or 515-420-0900, and we will remove your data from our system. Personal data provided is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
