Terms and Conditions for Legacy 41– Semi-Permanent Makeup Services

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of semi-permanent makeup services, tiny tattoos, and fibroblast skin tightening services offered by Legacy 41, located at 2153 Highway 35, #7, Sea Girt, NJ 08750 (hereinafter referred to as "the Artist" or "we"). By booking a service, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Sales Tax:

Permanent Makeup and tattoo services are subject to a 6.625% NJ sales tax. This will be added to final amount of all PMU and tattoo transactions.

3. Booking and Appointments

Appointments for consultations and treatments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your booking. Any booking fees required are applied to the final cost of treatment, which are due the day of the service.

4. Booking Fees

A nonrefundable booking fee may be required to schedule an appointment. The booking fee will be applied to the final cost of services provided. Please note, No Shows or cancelations with less than 48 hours notice prior to scheduled appointment may forfeit the full booking fee.

Booking fees expire 4 months from the date of the original appointment.

5. Late Policy

Arriving to a scheduled appointment more than 15 minutes late may result in the cancelation of your appointment as well as the forfeiture of your booking fee. A new booking fee will be required to schedule a new appointment.

6. Cancelation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancelations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Please note, No Shows or cancelations with less than 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment may forfeit the full booking fee. Rescheduling requests will be allowed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment with the understanding booking fees can only be transferred one time and expire 4 months from the date of the original appointment. After one reschedule, or more than 4 months have passed, a new booking fee will be required.

7. PMU Perfecting Sessions

A perfecting session will be necessary to attain the very best permanent makeup outcome. This service is complimentary and will be offered 8 weeks after the initial treatment to assess and perfect pigment retention. This session will be scheduled immediately following your first PMU session. If the perfecting session is scheduled, or rescheduled, beyond 10 weeks, you will be subject to the touch-up price with a booking fee of $50 to reserve your new appointment date. Please note, any rescheduling of the perfecting session must occur within this timeframe in order to remain complimentary.

8. Service Description

The Artist provides semi-permanent makeup services, tiny tattoos, and fibroblast skin tightening services as described on the Legacy41NJ.com website as well as during the consultation.

9. Client Consent and Medical Considerations

Clients must disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may affect the treatment. A patch test may be required to ensure no allergic reactions to the pigments or materials used.

10. Age Restrictions

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive semi-permanent makeup services, tiny tattoos, and fibroblast skin tightening treatments. All clients and guests must be 18 years of age. *Children are not permitted to accompany you on any visit.*

11. Aftercare

Clients must follow the aftercare instructions provided by the Artist to ensure the best results and minimize the risk of complications.

12. Results and Touch-ups

Results for all services offered at Legacy 41 vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Semi-permanent makeup touch-up sessions include a free perfecting session 8 weeks after initial treatment. Any additional touch-ups can be scheduled 10 weeks after the perfecting session. Fibroblast clients often need multiple treatments to reach desired outcomes; this will be discussed during the consultation. Just like traditional tattoos, tiny tattoos may fade over time; please discuss any concerns with the Artist prior to receiving a tiny tattoo. Due to differences in healing, skin type, hair type, etc.; there are times when additional follow-ups may be necessary to attain a desired outcome. These additional visits (not including perfecting sessions) will have additional cost based on how much work will be needed to reach the desired goals. Final results for any service provided by Legacy 41 cannot be guaranteed.

13. Liability

The Artist is not liable for any unforeseen results or complications that may arise post-treatment.

14. Privacy and Data Usage

By claiming a voucher and entering lead form information, you consent to Legacy 41 contacting you via email, calls, and texts. To cease receiving communications, please contact us at legacyfortyone@gmail.com, and we will remove from our subscription list. Personal data provided is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Legacy 41 reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States.
