Terms & Conditions and Data Privacy Policy
GENERAL
• Prices are correct at time of going to press. Prices are subject to change without written notice.
• Please note all GIVE GOOD FACE appointment booking DEPOSITS are NON-REFUNDABLE without exception, and strictly apply to the price and for the treatment originally paid for and cannot be transferred to other treatments or offers.
• Deposits' amounts may vary from treatment to treatment.
• Booking deposits received by us are considered a confirmation that full information provided on our website regarding our terms and conditions and pre-procedure instructions has been read and understood by the client.
• Booking deposits will only be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if 48 hours’ notice is provided, during office hours 10am – 6pm, Monday to Saturday.
• Appointments not attended with less than 48 hours’ notice, during office hours, 10am – 6pm, Monday to Saturday or failure to follow all written instructions, complete all necessary medical forms, consent forms, service agreements and documentation prior to and leading to your allocated appointment, may prevent our practitioner carrying out the treatment on the day. This will result in loss of deposit and/or postponing the treatment which will require a new booking with payment of a new deposit.
• The practitioner might not be able to perform the treatment on the scheduled day if the client is late by more than 15 minutes, which may result in loss of deposit and require a new session which must be booked by payment of new deposit.
• Please note that cancelled appointments will only be recognised with written confirmation – email, text or special delivery post.
• When treatment requires more than one session and they are included in the price of your treatment, these sessions must be scheduled between 1 and 8 weeks after the first session. That will be determined by the practitioner depending on each treatment. It is the client's responsibility to schedule their appointment for any sessions.
• Touch Up Appointments scheduled over 8 weeks from previous session will be charged at full current prices.
• When extra sessions are included in the original price, these are offered as a courtesy and will be performed at the practitioner's discretion, based on their assessment, only when deemed necessary by the practitioner.
SCALP MICROPIGMENTATION (SMP)
• Payment for treatment covers all sessions as determined and assessed by the practitioner and must be paid in full before start of first session. All SMP sessions must be booked within a minimum of 7 days and maximum of 2 weeks apart, unless special agreements are in place. Any SMP session not attended by the client, not rescheduled with 48 hours notice of scheduled day, or attended more than 15 minutes late, or not possible to perform due to the client not following the pre-procedure instructions or the aftercare instructions, might be re-scheduled for an additional fee of minimum £150.
• Appointment cancellations will require a minimum of 48 hours written notice to be rescheduled free of charge. Future appointments must be rescheduled within a maximum of 2 weeks. If the same appointment has been cancelled by the client more than 2 times in a row, we reserve the right to refuse to reschedule such appointment or charge a fee at current prices.
THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO ALL GIVEGOODFACE TREATMENTS
• Additional touch up sessions maybe required depending on many factors including but not exclusive to; skin type and condition, life style, environmental factors and medication. Due to the nature of any cosmetic treatments 100% success (including for colour retention) cannot be guaranteed nor can any guarantees of desired results be given. We recommend regular touch-up sessions to maintain a fresh ‘look’, offered at current 'touch up" for each specific treatment.
• We regret that we are unable to perform any enhancements on minors.

• When discounts are offered, clients will be kindly asked to allow photos and videos of before, during and after procedure to be taken and used by GiveGoodFace. This material only requires to show the area treated and it is not a requirement to show full face. If you prefer your full face not to appear, please inform the practitioner so we can provide you with a face covering or other alternatives.
• You will be asked to fill out a consent form including medical history and an agreement of services prior to your treatment. No treatments will be carried without these forms being filled out and signed.
• All GIVE GOOD FACE procedures must commence within 4 weeks of paying a deposit. Any appointments made after this time are chargeable and must be booked by payment of new deposit.
